Shipping & card payment
Orders are prepared after customer confirmation. Delivery times can vary by city, courier availability, and stock status. Customers should provide accurate contact and address details so delivery can be confirmed before the card payment step is completed.
City and timing confirmation
PureForm does not treat delivery timing as confirmed until the customer shares a delivery city and contact number. If delivery is unavailable for a location, support will explain the available alternatives before the customer confirms the order.
15-day return window
Unused products may be returned within 15 days of delivery if they are in original condition and packaging. Because this is a personal care product, opened or used items may not be returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
How to request a return
Contact support with the order name, phone number, delivery city, reason for return, and clear photos where relevant. Return pickup, shipping cost, or replacement details are confirmed by support before the item is accepted back.
Inspection before refund
Returned items are checked before a refund or replacement is approved. Approved refunds are processed back through the original card payment method when possible, or by another agreed method if support confirms it.
Customer data
PureForm collects only the details needed to process orders, respond to customer messages, and improve the shopping experience. Customer information should not be sold to unrelated third parties.

Product details, pricing, offers, and availability may change. Customers should review the final order information before confirming a purchase. Website content may not be copied or reused without permission.
