Shipping & cash on delivery
Orders are prepared after customer confirmation. Delivery times can vary by city, courier availability, and stock status. If cash on delivery is offered, the customer should provide accurate contact and address details so the courier can complete the delivery.
15-day return window
Unused products may be returned within 15 days of delivery if they are in original condition and packaging. Because this is a personal care product, opened or used items may not be returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Inspection before refund
Returned items are checked before a refund or replacement is approved. Approved refunds are processed back through the original payment method when possible, or by another agreed method for cash on delivery orders.
Customer data
PureForm collects only the details needed to process orders, respond to customer messages, and improve the shopping experience. Customer information should not be sold to unrelated third parties.
