What comes in the set?
The set includes a long handle back scrubber, bath body brush, scalp massager, and hexagonal face brush.
Can I use the brushes every day?
Yes, the silicone bristles are designed for regular use. Use light pressure, especially on the face and scalp.
How do I clean the brushes?
Rinse thoroughly with warm water after each use and leave them in an open-air place to dry.
Is the face brush separate from the body brush?
Yes. The face brush is smaller and softer for delicate facial areas.
Are Grey, Black, and Pink separate products?
Yes. Each color is treated as its own set choice, but every color includes the same four tools.

Yes. Add each Grey, Black, or Pink set to your cart, then pay for them together at checkout.
How do I start an order?
Choose a set and quantity, add it to your cart, then enter your UAE delivery details and continue to secure card payment.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
No. PureForm accepts card payment only, with delivery timing confirmed before dispatch.

Free across the UAE when you buy any 2 or more sets. Delivery for one set costs AED 10, shown before card payment. No code is needed.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery timing depends on city, courier availability, and stock. PureForm confirms timing before dispatch.
How do I request a return?
Contact support with your order number before sending anything back. Opened personal care products may only be eligible if damaged or incorrect. Read the return policy for details.

Shipping & card payment
Delivery is free with any 2 or more sets across the United Arab Emirates. One set costs AED 10 to deliver. Your delivery fee is shown in your cart and checkout before card payment. Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. Delivery timing depends on your city, courier availability, and stock, and is confirmed before dispatch.
City and timing confirmation
PureForm does not treat delivery timing as confirmed until the customer shares a delivery city and contact number. If delivery is unavailable for a location, support will explain the available alternatives before the customer confirms the order.
Return eligibility
Contact support with your order number to discuss return eligibility before sending any items back. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Because this is a personal care product, opened or used items may not be returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
How to request a return
Contact support with the order name, phone number, delivery city, reason for return, and clear photos where relevant. Return pickup, shipping cost, or replacement details are confirmed by support before the item is accepted back.
Inspection before refund
Returned items are checked before a refund or replacement is approved. Approved refunds are processed back through the original card payment method when possible, or by another agreed method if support confirms it.
Customer data
PureForm collects only the details needed to process orders, respond to customer messages, and improve the shopping experience. Customer information should not be sold to unrelated third parties.
